Vegetable Sandwich

Here we have a very simple Vegetable sandwich recipe that your little one will love to eat and also be able to make. This recipe is very healthy for every age of people. The main important thing about this recipe is that you can make it within 10 minutes.

• Grated carrots – 1 cup
• Green chutney – 4 tbsp.
• Whole wheat bread
• Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
• Grated paneer – 1 cup
• Salt – as per your taste
• Butter

1. First of all, take one bowl. Add 1 cup of grated carrot, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, salt as per your taste and mix well.
2. Now take another bowl and add 1 cup of grated paneer, 2 tbsp. of green chutney, pink of salt and mix well.
3. In this recipe, we will make three layer of sandwich. Take one slice of bread and spread carrot and mayonnaise mixture.
4. Cover it with another bread slice and spread green chutney and paneer mixture on it.
5. Finally place third slice on it. Apply butter on both the sides.
6. Our Vegetable Sandwich is ready to serve.

NOTE: You can add more grated vegetables of your choice. And also can grill if you like grilled sandwich.
