Mango Kheer

Make delicious Mango Kheer in this season of mango. You can make this dish with the help of routine ingredients.

Ingredients:
Mango puree – 1 cup
Milk – 1 liter
Vermicelli – ½ cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Ghee – 1 tbsp.
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Chopped almonds and pistachios – ½ cup

Recipe:
1. First of all, heat 2 tbsp. of ghee in frying pan. Add ½ cup of Vermicelli and roast it till it becomes golden in color.
2. Now add 1 liter of full fat milk and let it be boil on medium flame. Stir continuously till Vermicelli cooked properly.
3. Add ½ cup of sugar and mix well. Switch of the flame, add pinch of cardamom powder, mix well and keep the mixture aside.
4. Once mixture comes to the room temperature add 1 cup of mango puree and mix well.
5. Mango kheer is ready to serve. Garnish it with almond, pistachios and mango pieces while serving.

NOTE: in this recipe I have use Vermicelli to make kheer you can use rice also.
