Chocolate Brownie


Chocolate Brownie is very easy to make. You can make it in half an hour and enjoy it alone or with ice-cream.


Unsalted butter - 10 tbsp.

Sugar - 1 1/4 cups

Cocoa powder – 1 cup

kosher salt - 1/4 tsp

Vanilla extract - 1 tsp

Eggs - 2 large

All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup

Chopped walnuts - 2/3 cup


  1. First of all, pre heat oven at 325 degrees F.
  2. Take one large bowl. Add ½ cup of all purpose of flour, 1 cup of cocoa powder, 1 ¼ cup of sugar and mix well.
  3. Now add 10 tbsp. unsalted butter, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, and again mix well.
  4. Add chopped walnuts if you like.
  5. Stir mixture Continuously until the butter has melted and mixture is quite warm.
  6. Transfer better to the baking trey and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Cool completely and then remove from pan. Place into freezer for 20 to 30 minutes to firm up. Cut into squares pieces.
  8. Chocolate Brownie is ready. You can serve it alone or with ice-cream.
