Vegetable French Toast

French toast is a very famous one which needs few ingredients and less efforts. The best thing about this toast is that you can add as many veggies as you want.


Rava – ½ cup - Buy Now

Yoghurt – ¼ cup - Buy Now

Chopped onion – 2 tbsp. - Buy Now

Chopped green chili – 2 tsp - Buy Now

Red chili powder – ½ tsp - Buy Now

Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp -  Buy Now

Garam masala – ½ tsp - Buy Now

Chaat masala – ½ tsp - Buy Now

Chopped coriander leaves – ½ cup - Buy Now

Salt – as per your taste - Buy Now

Water – ½ cup

Bread Slices – 4 to 5

Butter – ¼ cup

Chopped carrots – 2 tbsp.

Chopped green pepper – 2 tbsp.


Step-1: Take one bowl, add ½ cup of rava, ¼ cup of yoghurt and mix well.

Step-2: Now add 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. chopped carrots, 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper, 2 tsp chopped green chili and mix well.

Step-3:  Add, ½ tsp red chili powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chat masala, salt as per your taste, ½ cup of chopped coriander leaves and again mix well.

Step-4: Add some water to adjust consistency of mixture.

Step-5:  Take slices of bread, apply butter on both the sides.

Step-6: Heat pan and cook slice from one side till it become brown.  Apply mixture on another side of bread and turn over. Cook until light brown.

Step-7: Do same for other slices.

Step-8: Vegetable French Toast are ready to serve. Serve it with ketchup.
