Hara bhara kabab
Hara bhara kabab is a recipe which is so easy to prepare and full on with the goodness of spinach. It is made from spinach, peas and potatoes it is nutritious as well as delicious. Great with any chutney or sauce.
- Spinach - 2 cups -Buy Now
- Potatoes - 2 medium size - Buy Now
- Peas - ¾ cup - Buy Now
- Chat masala - 1 tsp - Buy Now
- Dry mango powder – 1 tsp - Buy Now
- Ginger paste – 1 tsp - Buy Now
- Chopped green chilies – 1 tsp - Buy Now
- Besan - 3 tbsp. - Buy Now

Step-1: First of all, boil 2 potatoes and ¾th cup of peas and keep them aside.
Step-2:Now chop spinach leaves and boil them in salted water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain the boiling water, transfer the spinach to cold water. Keep aside.
Step-3: Take one pan and roast 3 tbsp. of besan till it changes colour. Keep the pan aside.
Step-4: Take one large bowl, add grated boiled potatoes, mashed peas, boiled spinach, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp chopped green chili and mix well.
Step-5: Now add the roasted besan, 1 tsp chat masala, 1 tsp dry mango powder, salt as per your taste and mix all the ingredients well.
Step-6: Take some oil on your palm and give the shape of patties to the mixture.
Step-7: Shallow fry or deep-fry these patties till they become golden brown from both the sides.
Step-8: Hara Bhara kabab is ready to serve. You can serve it with mint chutney or sauce.
